I went to Coldplay's concert in Atlanta on Wednesday, and there are no words to explain how moving and utterly brilliant it was.

 

i have been an extremely huge fan of Coldplay since the release of Rush of Blood, and going to this an coldplay concert was merely a fantasy.

 

but i went, and i had literally the time of my life.

 

Our seats were awesome! 10-15 rows from the stage, for a pretty swell price.

 

It is extremely hard to find the highlight of the concert b/c every damn song they played was sooo beautiful.

 

However, i have to say i was quite moved in the REM song, not Micheal Stipe, but the piano by Martin. After Stipe stopped playing, Chris was completely zoned out for about 3 minutes, it was absolutely amazing.

 

i Love Coldplay.

I was there and it was a great game for the Dawgs. Knoxville is hickville and Neyland Stadium is severely overrated.

i think people have gotten confused with the show on dimeadozen. there is an acl (austin city limits) show on there but not an atl (atlanta) one.

ya i just downloaded it and realized that - sorry - i was told this was atlanta

that austin city limits show is awesome, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't have nightswimming w/ michael stipe or the end of fix you and the other songs when chris added on all those lyrics about georgia and music started here. i guess i'm just going to have to keep waiting, but it's going to be worth it

why are georgia fans such a@# holes? I lived in Knoxville for three years, had a hell of good time. Lived in Athens, had fun too... but c'mon...You cant tell me there arent hicks around there as well.

 

as for the ATL show, its not up yet but keep lookin'

haha take offense if you like, but i'm just talking trash. of course there are hicks in athens, but i was only in knoxiousville for 3 days and i saw more hicks there than i would in 30 days in athens.

they do come out of the wood work for football...hmmm, go figure.

 

btw, the austin city limits show may be one of the best sounding Aud's of the year so far. :wink3:
