they play them on usa all the time!! i have watched this show for YEARS... mariska hargitay is amazing!! and surprisingly, ice-t is fantastic in the shows that focus on his character. i love all the law and order shows because you really don't have to follow them each week, or watch them in chronological order... each episode has a beginning, middle, and end with no carry over. you will be hooked from now on camille :lol:

I've been watching SVU since day-one. It is one of my all-time favourtie shows. It is far better than the other L&O shows, though I watch the other ones too.

 

I also watch it everyday, at 7:00 on a channel I get up here in Ontario. Excellent show, can't get enough. ;)

and now I am watching 'The Siege'... I love these kinds of movies and shows.... but the only unsettling thing is... this movie is about terrorist in NYC.. they took over a city bus... :stunned: and we're on a high terror alert... :stunned: specifically.... the MTA transit system.... :cry:

I love CSI in general, although I haven't followed any of them this season yet.

if you have a chance to see the SVU episode entitled "911" - do!! it is the best one i have seen. definitely worth watching.

it was originally aired as a new episode this season on nbc a couple weeks ago, then was reaired on usa network a few nights ago. usa replays episode often, so you should be able to catch it soon. ;)

oh camille got another must see episode - it was on usa last night. it is an old one, but martin short of all people is the guest star. the episode is called "pure." i would have never imagined martin short could be so damn creepy, but wow!!

Yeah this show has tons of guest stars on all the time. My fav this year has been seeing Julian Sands on the two parter, which also featured Linda Carter (Wonder Woman).

 

Julian Sands was in the Warlock movies - he was the Warlock (except for the third movie). They were great horror flicks. I have liked him in everything he has been in and it was a treat to see him on SVU. :thumbsup:

I watched some Law and order episodes the ones where works vincent d'onofrio, which one is this one? :huh:

Criminal Intent,Ari. They were good too, Vincent whathisname was brilliant.

yeah vincent is brillian on L&O CI.

The other one you saw must have been the original ( and best,imo) L&O. The ones with all the court stuff right?

Christopher Meloni is Elliot Stabler, he was also on OZ for awhile too.

 

Mariska Hargitay is Olivia Benson and she has been in tons of things, even Seinfeld.

 

Ice T is Detective Tutuola and of course is a multiplatinum rap star.

 

Richard Belzer is Detective John Munch and has played the same character now for like 10 years or longer - first on Homicide: Life on the Streets which was a very cool show which also crossed over with L&O a whole bunch of times. He even appeared on the X-Files as the same character - Munch - which was even on a different network (FOX). Then he moved to SVU.

 

Dann Florek is Captain Donald Craigen and he has been around forever as well, though for a bunch of years he was not on television, or at least on the L&O series of series. He started off on the Original L&O 13 years ago or so?? and was eventually replaced by S. Epatha Merkerson on the show.

 

SVU is by far the best one on the tube nowadays. The original L&O runs second for me with Criminal Intent in third place. Although now that Chris Noth is back as Detective Logan on the show, it is getting far more interesting. He was also one of the original characters on L&O all those years ago.

 

I have been watching all the L&O shows every week - new episodes and repeats almost since they first began and just cannot get enough of them. My fav shows, SVU particularily. :thumbsup:

I need to know when they replay them on USA... don't they have like a marathon or something on the weekends?

ok nevermind, I found out that on Saturdays on USA they have 2 hours of Law & Order-Criminal Intent.. and after its back to back episodes of Law & Order-SVU!!!!

did you see it tonight?? I fell asleep during the last episode of SVU..... :embarrased: I only got up to the part when the cop was being questiond... whilst the other guy was still in the hospital..

i watched some of them tonight, but was kind of running in and out - my best friend is going to have a baby any day now, and she calls me about 50 times a day to see if i think this symptom means she is in labor :rolleyes:

oh geeez! Tell her not to call on Saturdays between 8-11pm.... :P

i KNOW!! - she won't make it another week - she is about to pop!! :lol:

I love this show!!!! I have been watching it for two years now. I is awesome. My mom doesn't see how I can watch it. She doesn't really approve of me watching it either.
