like i've told Iris i'm scared about my upcoming taekwondo grading i only got back and just have had a week of training (oh boy flexibility just is not my thing)

well it can be very hard as its a contact sport, and we have a Korean instructor so he is tough but its good because we all try our best, actually the taekwondo club reminds me alot of coldplaying.com because everyone is really supportive and friendly

 

actually today i was doing non contact sparring(fighting) with my sister and i miss calculated a kick and hit her in the face :embarrased: but she was fine :mellow:
