Is it true that if we got tickets through the fan club pre-sale, the tickets can only be picked up at the will-call window ?

Yes, it was through ticketmaster. But the only shipping option I could find on ticketmaster was "will-call pick up"

Yeah, I think it's will call only for the presale.

i actually went to ACC today to find out :)

 

the guy in the box office told me that the only time i can pick up the presale tickets is on the day of the concert

 

and it's probably done to fuck over scalpers :D

 

i got second row, floor seat for a $100 CDN in the presale.. scalpers would've made a fortune selling tickets like that..

 

the only thing that bothers me is that in the presale e-mail it says that if you don't confirm your order then the tickets are going to be released to other buyers.. so if you entered the credit card number on the ticketmaster, then its all good?..

We got the will call thing too.

 

And they'll be released to other buyers if you don't complete the order. Make sure you print your reciept.
