I'd definitely go for the '72 Thinline Tele - they're not cheap though (~£700). Jonny's got a couple I think, both sunburst.

 

The Jaguar's really nice too - that's sunburst as well

 

Wouldn't say no to the 12-string Rickenbacker - it'd match my bass :P Wouldn't really go for the Gibson 335, don't really like playing archtops.

 

...and I've already got a Tele, and it's great :D

 

I think the only choice if you don't want it to cost you an arm and a leg would be a Squier Tele, which would be about £200, or a Fender Standard (MiM) Tele, which would be about £370.
