Bass playing question

Is there some way I can improve the endurance in my forearm? When playing fast songs (Muse - Thoughts of a Dying Athiest, for example), I find it difficult to keep playing over longer periods of time without my arm becoming sore. Should I just practice more or what?

yeah its all practice. it sounds cheesy but its all practice.

Nothing to suggest but to just keep at it, like Kapone says.

masturbate more. it's a win win situation, you get pleased and a stronger arm. and you gain more rythm. :D
