I think that beck wrote that song... but I'm not sure, I just know they made it for the eternal sunshine of the spotless mind movie you should get the dvds they look goooooooooood and make sure you get the new ones with pink floyd :P there are a bunch of different releases of the live 8 concerts... I don't know if there's a london set from the one from last year or not but that one is probably the best.
