Writer's block...argh

Featured Replies

I am trying to write a stupid paper for my English class tomorrow and I just can't seem to get into it. I have no flow! Where is my flow?!

I hate writers block...

I remember back in school my teacher use to tell us to brainstorm... to get ideas. I hate that tactic. I find it to be a waste of time.. but perhaps it could work for others.....

what usually works for me.. I wouldn't recommend to others.. so I won't mention it.. :P

I get writer's block pretty often. I'm given so many writing assignments since i'm studying journalism that all my ideas and stuff get jumbled up in my brain, making it impossible to put on paper.

I usually stop working all together, but on some music and lie down in my bed. It might make me sound lazy, but it's worked everytime. I'm currently in the middle of some quality writer's block, but instead of doing that, i'm on here...my writer's block has formed into procrastination.

Procrastination is my middle name. If I didn't procrastinate, I would never get anything done. Haha! I need the pressure. :P

Yeah, I work better under pressure most times. Other times, I just want to go to sleep.
