ok i'm in the part where you get an e-mail...the passport network site...now i clicked the "sign up for a free MSN account" thing

Uhh, good question! I don't really know a good definition. I guess a simple one would be internet residue...what gets left on your computer from internet activity. Ok, that's a total BS answer! But I've found that deleting my cookies/cache/history have cleared up problems with pages loading in the past. What web broswer are you using (ie. Firefox, IE, etc.)?

Is it loading correctly now?

i can't do it!!!!

Ok go to Tools -> Internet options -> General (tab). There should be buttons available here to “delete cookies” , “delete files” and “clear history.” Click all of them. Then reload the page you want and cross your fingers...

yeah but i can't delete the files!! coz this is not my computer!! its my sis's!!! any other tips??

Humm, it really shouldn't delete anything important...even if it is your sis' comp. You can try just restarting IE, but I doubt that will help much.

i hope i don't die today!! msn is soooo strange! i can't get it!!!

:P Are you talking about MSN Messenger or just MSN hotmail?

i downloaded the thing you use to chat using msn....but i don't have a hotmail account....i'm stuck in the account part

Oh I see.....well I say delete the cookies and cache. If that no worky, weeeellll......could be the same problem i used to get off and on when trying to log onto hotmail. It would say loading, then just stall at a blank white screen. The only way I ever sussed out to fix this error was to use the "restore" feature on XP to reset my computer to an earlier date. Pain in the arse, that was! I've got to go to bed. Hope you figure it out! Sorry that I couldn't be of more help.
