Has anybody heard of Ours before? I'm sure somebody here has.

Meeee. I remember hearing Dizzy online somewhere.. immediately loved it. Rushed out and bought Distorded Lullabies and played that album to death. Though I don't know much about them, or haven't heard anything outside of DL.

 

Jimmy Gnecco's vocals are so amazing, he has the best range. Their music reminds me of Muse and a bit Radiohead-ish, now that I think about it.

Ours has been glorified by a lot of Jeff Buckley fans, comparing the lead singer's voice, Jimmy Gnecco, to jeff. Also a lot of comparison to Bono. He sounds a lot like him.

I listened but I don't see where the Bono comparisoin came from,

There's other songs where he sounds more like Bono. In the song, Leaves, in the beginning he sounds so much like Bono.

Oh okay...I guess where I love U2 so much I don't really notice people sound like Bono because I think he has such a destinctive unmatchable voice.

I don't know whether it's his tone, but he just tends to sound like him. He sounds like Jeff Buckley in a way also, he kind of sings like him. There's several songs which he lets out a good scream, and he sounds just like Jeff.
