hiya! from Perth (via Kent etc)

Featured Replies

Hi all, I`m a Coldplay fan obviously :) (one of the few artists I listen to very regularly... some others would be Seal, John Lennon, Jackie Wilson, Annie Lennox, Freakpower, Sam Cooke, George Michael etc etc). My husband was into early (first 2 albums) A-ha, which I don`t like, so was surprised to find Coldplay like them.

I`m also a singer/songwriter who suffered from depression for most of the last 10 years, which kind of put an end to me actually going out there and pushing my music (like I should have).

Originally I`m from S`ton, but my parent`s moved to Australia when I was a baby. I went back to the UK about 12 yrs ago and lived in S`ton, London, Basildon (Essex) and Maidstone (Kent). Came back to Perth recently to let my two girls (22 months and 6 months) have their extended family around them.

We never got the chance to see Coldplay in the UK, but luckily they are coming to Perth in July... and we can`t wait!

Welcome to the board:)

Welcome to the site! I live near Southampton and some of my family lives in Maidstone! Cool! Hope you enjoy it here! :D
