um, well...being new and all, i was just wondering whether someone would tell me about all the little dials and stuff on the left of the screen, where everybody's names are?

if you scroll the mouse over them it should tell you

The grey box with a cross and tick is to recommend a post and the blue one is to report a bad post!

o, ok, but what about the long blue looking thing with a little thing in the middle? its between ur name and ur details...

Oh that's a rating bar that goes up depending on how many posts you make!

also, i think some people have something like that that is green, fading to yellow and orange - just below their number of posts? wats that?
