Ah Sam, you're mature. :P

Heh, I'm only a few months older than ya. :P

Oh yeah you are both 14!

you checked my date of birth didn't you?

Haha, not really, but since you're 14, and I just turned 15, I'm less than a year older than you. Yep yep.

Oh i see, what have you been doing sam?

pwn3d.

Haha, anyways...

You're a bit like me Sam--I do believe I'm a lot more mature than most of the 14/15-year-olds I know.

I feel that my immature friends are, like, compatible with me, they help balance me out or something, so it is not always bad.

Oh and Sam I forgot to say:

In my opinion...everyone sometimes behaves immature...but that doesn't mean fro me that you are....if people know they can talk to you in a mature way....and that you have your view of life...and your opinions....then you're on the right way....Imo....hahha....I also sometimes think "Damn I'm so immature!"....but in other situations i see that I'm definitely not.....and this is cool....

  • Author

that is a really excellent outlook on the whole subject, thanks for that.

Hehe no need to thank me...it is just my opinion...I'm glad I could (hopefully) help you...makes me feel good!

I've always felt a bit more mature for my age, or at least I've always felt older than what I am. I can have very adult conversations with people years and years older than me. At concerts I'll often strike up conversations with people who are 40, or even 50, and I feel like I'm talking to a friend. My mom tells me it's because I share a lot of interests with people who may be in their 20s or 30s. I'm not boy crazy or let superficial things dictate my life. I think that makes me mature.

On the other hand, I can be the most wildly immature person with people who I've known for a long time. Like, I can act like a complete 4 year old. Sometimes I'll laugh if someone says "POOPIEZ!". That's hysterical to me.

It's never good to always be "mature". But it's also not good to be overly "immature". A nice balance is good. :nice:

And I didn't know you were 14, you act much older. Therefore, I relate to you.

This thread really makes me happy. I tohught I was some kind of weirdo with no life. I can always enjoy the word "POOPIEZ!" or "boobie" or "doodle" (coz noone says 'em anymore.) And I can act very mature as well.

Like the other day when I was talking to a girl at school (who I happen to fancy:blush:) about the "Concert for George", coz shes a huge Beatles fan and she said that she really loved that concert and it meant lots to her, and so I started talking about the Monty Python bit where they moon the crowd :laugh4:.

ahhh good times *wipes away tear*

it happens to me a lot, probably because I am so naive. It is probably the main reason I visit this board. It's life-changing :stunned:

Hmm....I wouldn't call it naive...why naive?

I also happens to me...I mean it even made more self-confident in some way...this is cool....

I mainly come here to get rid of my problems and to talk about them with people here....this is cool..it often helps me!

or if i need advices.....I mean this place here is more "anonymous" I can talk with you guys about everything here...maybe things I can't talk about with my friends!

sammmmmy boy :nice:

i have a feeling i know who you're talking about LOL :laugh1:

i'll pm you about it later

but to this thread

i've always known you are 14

and i've spoken to you heappppppppppppss here

cos sammy boy's my bitchhhhh yeah :pimp2:

but anyway

yes

i've always realised that you definitely speak with maturity, and much more eloquently than your average 14 year old.

even when you were 13 and stuff, if you didn't show your age i would've thought you were 16 or so.

it's a good thing but, because i've seen you piss around here too, with humorous posts, etc.

so yes.

you are balanced my boy, balanced!

good sammy. :nice:

Naive because I learn things I didn't about know everyday on here, mainly because I'm so young.

And thats also one of the reasons I love it here, because I can discuss anything.
