Question about piano chord names

I am in the process of putting proof down on paper and found a website that tells me the keys from the names of chords, but there are two that i cannot find. What notes are in a c#m7/9 ex in order c maj would be c, e, g, c. Any help would be appreciated . the other chord i need to know is Bsus7/4

as soon as i get these notes down I can get the music done.
