by the way sofia! this is an ice cream sandwich....

 

 

they're only called "sandwiches" because they're stacked like one (cookies=bread, ice cream=bacon,lettuce, tomato, ham, alfalfa sprouts??) but they're quite good except they melt fast (its ice cream after all :dozey: )
