  1. On the Oscars red carpet tonight. Just exquisite!
  2. To those watching outside of the UK, what link are you streaming it from? Can't believe the connection just cut out before the start of the show! The definition of frustration :( -- but glad to hear that it was an incredible opener though! :nice:

  4. Noticed this as well - it was just the two of them standing by themselves until The Beach Boys continued on and everyone else then followed suit :laugh3:
  5. Interesting how others thought the performance was "bombastic" and yet we criticize it to the wall. Granted it wasn't incredible like some other dozens of performances and shows we've seen the boys do, but it wasn't terrible (re: Nicki Minaj's onstage slaughter-exorcism, anyone?). I would take our Chris' few flaws tonight over Chris Brown's auto-tune prerecording, any day of the week.
  6. That was the second thought that crossed my mind too :laugh3: Seriously, that's from like AROBTTH days - 2002, 2003? Almost 10 years ago??
  7. Okay guys. Let's all take a collective deep breath. It's happening. Visual confirmation via the Grammy's official Twitter. https://twitter.com/#!/TheGRAMMYs
  8. I had always though it meant "Don't cry for me"...? Which adds a different level of depth for me. Funny fow such slight interpretations can make such a difference in the tone and meaning of the message.
  9. The Naked and Famous - currently listening to while study and I CANNOT for the life of me stop dancing in my chair. Young Blood: http://hypem.com/item/15cxz/The+Naked+and+Famous+-+Young+Blood
  10. Wow... That's absolutely terrible, and so unreasonable. Do you think there's anyway you could get in touch with anyone who you spoke to prior to purchasing those tickets? I would be furious...
  11. Just a random thought, and I know I'm still being kind of bitter about this, but just *imagine* they were to have the show at the Rogers Centre, and with the concert being in the summer and all.... open roof, fireworks at the end of Every Teardrop.... [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JGLwhTQsxUw]Coldplay - Every Tear Drop is a Waterfall (UNSTAGED)[/ame] Give me chills. Sigh. Note to self: got to accept reality. :\
  12. Surely they send you some other kind of confirmation?? That's a bit ridiculous. If so, I would take a screen capture, save it as an image, etc. anything to make sure you don't lose it!
  13. Valid point :P ..And wow, no service charges? i.e. none of those Ticketmaster fees? One step in the right direction, and a +1 to Rogers (never thought I'd ever say that).
  14. As well, not sure if anyone has noticed this, but there's a Rogers pre-sale as well. I do realize I'm a bit late on this... haven't checked the site since Friday!
  15. This might be a possibility. If you think about it, they could easily plan to set up the x stage without Ticketmaster releasing a different venue image. We may be pleasantly surprised. Here's to hoping!
