Benadryl is good for falling asleep. The doctor told my mom when I was little and having sleeping problems to give it to me at bedtime- but it turned out that I couldn't sleep because of a milk allergy anyway. Funny how these things work.

 

Nyquil on the other hand is not such a good idea if you aren't sick. There's alot of stuff in it that you shouldn't have very often...

I used to take some medicine called mentix to keep me awake

i hate nyquil i cant take it because i get a bad asthma attack when i have it.

Nyquil is fun!! I take wayyy to many Iboprofen (sp?) though...badbad.

i've never heard of Nyquil. sounds decent though!

i only have ibuprofen and paracetamol in my tablet dictionary ... oh and the occasional Nurofen.

I once took a whole bottle of Nyquil because I couldn't sleep (I get very stuborn sometimes.. :embarassed: )

 

Anyway, Nyquil is bad for you because it messes up your liver..
