July 14, 200619 yr G'day all You can read my review and how I met the band here: http://www.coldplaying.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Sections&file=index&req=viewarticle&artid=622&page=1 Im new to this forum, but I already find you all a great bunch of people coz we all share one common thing, our love for Coldplay.
July 14, 200619 yr Wow that's really awesome that you got to meet them like that. I met them after the show but didn't get to chat because they obviously wanted to go relax asap. That is so cool. They are such nice guys aren't they? Great review aswell. One thing though...how on earth can you not like Yellow?!?! Hehe :laugh3::stunned:
July 14, 200619 yr hoollllyyyy crap. you are so lucky!! Nice review, but that would've been so cool, going to their concert and then getting to meet them and everything... wow...
July 15, 200619 yr Author It was cool. When I left the concert it was like 'seeya tomorrow' sorta thing.
July 15, 200619 yr haha, thinking about you meeting them gets me excited (I just get like that...) you wouldn't want to be around me if I was meeting them. Were you nervous or anything when you were, you know, "checking them in" and stuff?
July 15, 200619 yr Author haha, thinking about you meeting them gets me excited (I just get like that...) you wouldn't want to be around me if I was meeting them. Were you nervous or anything when you were, you know, "checking them in" and stuff? Yes and no. I normally dont go into work the day after a concert because im normally still buzzing from going to the gig. But when one of my favourite bands are passing through work, I think otherwise. After seeing Coldplays performance the other night, it was hard to remain non-excited because it was such an awesome gig. But the guys and entourage were really down to earth sort of people, so I wasnt really nervous.
July 15, 200619 yr lucky lucky. What else did you guys talk about besides whats already in the review?
July 15, 200619 yr Author I remember we laughed at the fact that they were going to leave Perth off the tour. They were so glad they didnt, it took them by surprise. Bits and pieces have been coming back to me, coz I was totally excited last week and I had forgotten what we talked about. I met Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam back in 2003 when they came to Perth for a gig. I got to have a smoke and chat with him, but same thing, I can vaguely remember what we talked about.
July 15, 200619 yr ahhh, yeah I would be excited too. But yeah, once again lucky you! and... hmmm whats the right word... congrats on meeting them? That doesn't sound right... I can't think of the word!... anyways... yeah.
