okey I have one question... you know... When I listen to Coldplay songs, I feel sad inside... I wanna cry and I really don't know why... Maybe I'm too emotional? But I couldn't live without Coldplay... Their songs helped me... And I just wanted to know if someone here has the same feeling....

i doubt anyone of the members of the forum would be here if they didnt get all emotional when listening to coldplay ;)

 

i know this sounds stupid-

 

HARRY POTTER 6 SPOILER IF U STILL HAVENT READ IT

 

but when the 6th harry potter book came out, it was just about the time when x&y came out, and I was listening to alot of swallowed in the sea. So i was listening to it alot when i read about dumbeldore, and now when ever i hear it it reminds me of what happenned and makes me wanna cry. Because i seriously cried when i read that. But that's off topic hehe

lol yea I cried too... But I don't know it's strange... I went to the concert at Antwerp and then I felt... empty... It was really strange I'm sorry I don't know how to explain that with words... But it's not funny to feel sad everytime I listen to gravity or the scientist and the others :lol:

yah, i have that too with some songs but that's not really because of the music. More because it reminds me of particular moments where i felt either really happy or really sad.

i think it depends on your mood and what the song means to you... i mean for example when i listened moses i firstly didn't liked it at all i don't know why, then i loved it and then sometimes it makes me feel sad... i think it's normal...but it depends on your feeling when you listen to it and what it means to you.

Same . i cried my bot off when i read that book ,

coldplay songs make me cry a lot too...

just when i put on AROBTTH (the album) and i start listening to Politik...

it's such a damn feeling inside.

yea I agree... Their songs have just... a lot of qualities... Sometimes you cry, sometimes you smile, sometimes I shut my eyes to be carried by the music... And I feel so free... That's why I love them... They can make you leave this world just during one song.... They are beautifull... And I thank them for that

i'm totally losing myself listening to them!

I listen to Coldplay occasionally now, because the songs seem more depressing to me more than ever. Maybe because now I feel happier where I am (as of state). Whenever I do listen to them, I tend to get lost in those amazing melodies for a little while before confronting whatever's bothering me. I don't know...call it my "cool off" time, I guess. The music's there to help me release my emotion, until I'm tired of it (like screaming inside your pillow, until your throat hurts and tired of being mad). :P
