that's exactly how chris does it, but if you want another way to play it without tuning all the strings, only tune the 1st string to C and the 2nd to B and then use a capo on the 1st fret.

I tried to play what you wrote, and it did seem good. I haven't seen the live performance, though. According to my tab book, the tuning is supposed to be

F Bb Eb Ab Ab Db (or E A D G G C with capo on fret 1), but that's the album version anyways.

yeah, thats^ the correct tuning for both the album and live. i think i tabbed this in my section somewhere

yeah, that's the correct tuning! I tried and sounds ok :D I was close

 

at least my ear is getting better despite the piano being my instrument :p
