So I was at work last night, and we have live entertainment every night (I work as a dishwasher at an irish pub), and I heard a guitar that sounds almost exactly like the guitar chris used (main strumming rhythm (sp?)). They had an acoustic and an electric out, and I think a second acoustic as well. The electric definitely wasn't a telecaster.

 

So did Chris use an acoustic during the Brixton Academy performance?

 

Also, completely off the record, was he sick during that concert?

chris was playing an acoustic (i dont think he played an electric on dont panic until AROBTTH tour) and jonny plays a telecaster on that song.

the way it sounds just depeds on the way you set the electronics. and of course the quality of the guitars electronics.
