13 December 1947(Palestine) : men of the Arab village of Yehiday (near Petah Tekva, the first Zionist settlement to be established) met at the local coffee house when they saw a British Army patrol enter the village, they were reassured espeically that Jewish terrorists had murdered 12 Palestinians the previous day. The death toll of 7 Arab civilans could have been much higher. Earlier the same day 6 Arabs were killed and 23 wounded when home made bombs were tossed at a crowd of Arabs standing near the Damascus Gate in Jerusalem. In Jaffa another bomb killed six more Arabs and injured 40.

18 December 1947(Palestine) : Two carloads of Haganah terrorists drove through the village of Khisas (on the Lebanese Syrian border) firing machine guns and throwing grenades. 10 Arab civilians were killed in the raid.

EL MASRY I think most people realize that some jews and in rare times the Israeli army has messed up and killed people. But these massacres you talk about are very small compared to the holocaust. Im not denying that a few Israeli's did things like this, but you have to realize every race/ethnic group/religion has people that do horrible things like this. Jews have, Muslims have, christians have.

It seems more than a little crazy that you're trying to show only one side of this conflict. There are people, which you obviously know nothing about, who have been dying from suicide bombers and rocket attacks from the Palestinian territories for many years.

 

Is it really so hard to believe that people would suffer this mistreatment at the hands of Israelis after what has been happening for years? I know it's harsh, but living under the threat of getting blown apart in a McDonalds or having a rocket fly down your chimney in the middle of the night has the tendency to get people fired up.

 

I'm not saying that it's right. War is a horrible thing no matter where it is, and you should see that unless you are a card-carrying member of Hamas.

 

But whatever. You obviously have an agenda, and I think it's pretty sad that we live in a world where nobody takes the slightest bit of blame for anything.
