September 26, 200619 yr First of all: sorry if this is the wrong section. and sorry if this thread is not that useful because there has been a lot of talking about the following topic in the news section....but: since I have seen the following story on the news it bothers me in some way: They have cancelled an opera by Mozart in the Berlin opera house because there was a scene with a guy who kills Jesus Christ, Mohammed and another prophet (can't remember......).....those prophets were cut off their heads in this opera.... cancelled it because of this damn fear.... it makes me just so sad.....I mean our lives are ruled by all this shit that is happening in our world currently....we can't even watch operas anymore without feeling bad.... it makes me speechless..... so, give a statement if you want or don't! didn't want to make just a post of this because most of the threads started about that topic are created by you know who......and we are not allowed to change topic there.

If you look back in the History books at your local library and research you'll find that some of the most horrifying war leaders and "terrorists" were not religious in the slightest.

September 27, 200619 yr I also agree with Miguel, (tilolas) spirituality might be a good thing but it becomes sick when it gets related to organizated religions and sects by means of money and power... This reminds me to a graphity (sp?) I saw today... it was something like "and remember, what we all know by the name of God and Devil its just the same thing, what we see everyday... "

Of course the show will be canceled after one hour from the show and all people who particpiated on it will be in jail the next day Why the religions always insulted? is that because they want a world without religions? Even it's fiction, the religions not a normal subjects for the authors to make up a stories by it.
