Somerfield said it was "looking into the incidents" after clips of uniform-clad staff appeared on the YouTube website. Scroll down to see some of the clips... The stunts range from breakdancing in the stockroom to riding around on a cleaning machine and "skiing" on a pallet lifter. According to trade magazine The Grocer, the craze took off after one Somerfield worker wrote on the video-sharing site: "I declare the underground YouTube Somerfield competition open to all Somerfield staff!" The aim of the contest is to "give all senior management the finger", the message said. One video clip showing a worker dancing in a stockroom is entitled: "We Somerfield lot really do get paid to do nowt". Another clip is labelled: "Me doing a spot of extreme floor cleaner surfing in Somerfield. The new craze to grip the nation!" A video entitled "Somerfield massive" shows an employee walking along a beam near a stockroom roof. And another shows a worker racing around a car park on a pallet lifter.
