Ha, well i had some french classes about..5 years ago..and all i remember is how to say "9" and "yes" :lol: but if you want to teach some easy stuff, just go ahead. i'll try to be a good student :shy:

"Vous" is more formal. You use it when you talk to someone you don't know or when you're talking to your teacher/chief at school/work.

 

"Tu" is used when you talk with your friends, with your family. It shows a closer relationship than when you use "Vous". Closer, or at least, friendlier.

Plaisancier is right.

 

There's another word: marin.

 

And, c'est exact "J'aimerais" est correct aussi!
