Isn't there anything Google won't do?

Today, Google Inc announce that they are moving into Broadband services, called TiSP

"Sick of paying for broadband that you have to, well, pay for?

Introducing Google TiSP (BETA), our new FREE in-home wireless broadband service. Sign up today and we'll send you your TiSP self-installation kit, which includes setup guide, fiber-optic cable, spindle, wireless router and installation CD.

TiSP in-home wireless broadband is:

* Free, fast and highly reliable

Sounds good, I might just sign up for it :)

I checked the FAQ's (worth a read)

TiSP is available today in the U.S. and Canada.

Balls.

I don't like some of the choices google have made recently but I was going to get the free service just for the hell of it.

Oh well.

I wonder if this might be something a company like AOL might consider in the future.

They are always keen to provide the shittiest service.

Just think of all the people they will fool.

Google owns the world now!

I thought AOL's broadband service was an April Fools that they just decided to carry on with?
