well people says that the chinese food we eat in europe is not really the traditional chinese food they eat.. we eat spring rolls, and soup with vegetables like letuce... is good.

yes italian food is great :)

well seems most people in my country have tried turkish food, indian food and japanese food, and i haven't tried them.

Not the same as there? What do they eat that we don't eat?

I'd like to try them too...

That might be nice to taste sth different!

i don't know... i even don't remember where i read or listened that coment...

as i know, the most known japanese dish is sushi... and i think turkish and indian food are salty and spicy, 'cause the curry.

I like spicy dishes...

Chili Con Carne, and couscous... yum!

What's your fav dessert? (since we talked about food... this point had to come up! lol)

  • Author

my fave dessert.... mmm... my dad invented one some days ago, and is pretty easy to prepare it, a slice of bread with jam and chocolate, a min in the microwave, that's great.

you?

Oh, I've several fav desserts...

But obviously, those I like the most are made with chocolate...

not white chocolate (it's not a kind of chocolate at all, since there isn't any trace of cocoa in it...) but dark chocolate ... the best one for me :)

  • Author

i use to prefer salt food than sweet food... but i like chocolate not too dark because taste so strong.... and yes white chocolate is not chocolate... that's why i didn't liked chocolate during a lot of time, them all were milky ones... and didn't tasted as cocoa :( but good desserts use to be sweet :nice:

That's this intensity I like about chocolate...

When I taste it, it's like a kinda drug...

I want more!

It's similar to... *thinking*... a kiss you give to your lover...

You give one, but it's not enough... so you give two, three and so on...

(At least that's how I see it lol *what an imagination!*)

good comparaison :) so sweet. :nice:

yes there are chocoholic people... i read that chocolate help people not to be depressed, my granma eats chocolate when she feels sad or is worried (specially after my uncle death).

and of course is the classic thing about chocolate, that's that is a sustitive of sex. we had to read something about chocolate each year at english lessons, seems they are a bit chocoholic too. :)

i eat chocolate from time to time, i used to eat it more often 2 years ago.

i think i'm chewing gumholic if that exist... as i remember i always had a chewing gum in my life, lol.. i gave it up for 3 years and was very very hard to, i was nervous the first weeks, like when smokers quit smoking. :o my aunt don't believe me.

and i'm hooked on again. :(... it makes me be relaxed. my dad thinks that chewing gums today must have some kind of additive thing...

btw about your comparaison a spanish chocolate label use to make comparaisons like yours in their tv adverts. :)

Thank you:)

Really, a spanish ad uses the same comparaison as mine?

Woah *feeling great lol*

It's prooved that chocolate has a good effect on us. Scientists prooved it.

In my family, Chocolate is sth we are used to eat,and anyone likes it!

I couldn't quit chocolate... When the dentist took off my wisedom teeth, I could eat chocolate during one week... I didn't feel good at all!

Chocolate has the same effect on me than chewing gums on you!

  • Author

well not exactly like what you said....

the advert is a men and a women in a bed, and he give her some chocolate, and she ask him "have you take any precautions?" and he answer her "don't worry is sugar free"... their slogan is "chocolate valor, adult pleasure" :)

valor is the label.

so they use to make comparaisons between chocolate and love. those adv are nice.

here's

.

I know it have good effects on us :) unfortunately i think is not the same with chewing gum, i don't think gum have a good effect on people, at least not as chocolate have.

and yes it has the same effect on me, sometimes i want to quit it again but...

:surprised:

Talking about chocolate :bigcry:

Why wasn't I here?

Oh, right...it was my birthday lol

For anyone who wants to know, it was nice.

I went with a friend to have a drink...nothing special, though.
