FIVE cops chat as hooded “burglars” raid a house — in a videoed stunt by students that has embarrassed police.

 

They wander past officers policing a military parade, then stage the mock crime by climbing through a first floor window and taking a box of “loot” from their digs in Middlesbrough.

 

One ringleader, who is not named, said: “With the opportunity to arrest us, they didn’t even notice.”

 

Middlesbrough Police said: “Spoof material like this is not helpful.”
