I've got this theme right now--it's sweet. It matches my new iPod cover. :)

 

 

edit: oh, a downside is that it's hard to play videos and view photos on the iPod Video, but you can boot to the regular Apple theme if you want to do those things. :)

Bet it does, if you do anything to your iPod than the warranty gets nulled.

It probably does void the warranty, but when you uninstall everything, no traces of it are left, unless they undelete the stuff on your iPod, which would be illegal.
