roger nielson coached for 10 different teams or something so a lot of us hockey fans know him in some way. (you know, the weird guy with the tacky neckties). anyway, he died a couple days ago, i guess he finally lost his three year battle with cancer. :(

 

he ended his career with the senators, but i'll always remember him as the guy who lost his job of three years with the flyers because he got cancer (he had to leave the team to undergo treatment and then when he came back bob clarke wouldn't have him back :roll: )

 

My aunt photographed him a couple of years ago. She was devastated when she heard the news. She said that he was probably one of the nicest guys she ever met. :sad:
