Now i own the trilogy on dvd, having purchased the lost world yesterday and just finished watching it, i had to do a thread.

 

I so love these films, nothing in the following films could ever match the awe that the 1st created, it was truelly, and remains, a masterpiece.

 

Great score, astounding effects that hold up to todays film (amazing considering it's 10 years old this year).

 

In the Lost world the best bits are easily the T-rex smashing up the camp, and going through the city, Number three was ok, though i felt a little cheated, the story lacked what it had before.

 

Ah well.

The first one was GREAT!

The second one was Good

The third one sucked..

 

but I enjoy watching them. Always cool to see those dinosaurs rip people to shreds :)

I have the first one. I love it. :)

i forgot that i ever say te third one. lol. yeah it did suck. i saw it at the drive-in. i left the car to go to the bathroom and i come back and everyone is saved. wtf!

 

anyway, the first one rocked. it was groundbreaking for its time and the story was so interesting. definitely a great. an oddly easyily forgettable great film.
