I'm going to gingerly peel myself away from the wall and venture to say hello to everyone. Um... hello everyone! ...Since I'm new here, I suppose a brief introduction is in order. Sooo... My name's Michelle and I'm from southern Calif. My favourite bands, besides the obvious one, are Bright Eyes, David Gray, Desaparecidos, Dave Matthews Band, Ryan Adams, Travis, The Vines, Wilco, Doves, Starsailor, Whiskeytown and Idlewild. I spend an inordinate amount of my time listening to music, typing/transcribing lyrics, prowling for pictures and awaiting the next new song/tour/video/album from my favourite bands. I also read a lot, especially fantasy/sci-fi. And when I find time between naps and web-surfing, I paint, draw and write, ahem, poetry (a bit of a cliché, isn't it?).

 

So, yeah, that's all.

Since this board is so addictive I guess that means I'll have something to tide me over until I turn 21 next February. (Chris Martin isn't rubbing off on me much, it seems).
