The effect starts around 3:53 and starts to get stronger as the ending progresses, it sounds like an engine of some kind......whoever thought to use that effect i really commend.....does anybody know what that is??

I know what you mean. At the end Jonny uses his loop pedal along with chorus and reverb. I think the outro is actually tabbed out in the b-sides book. But I'm not sure of anyway to get the exact same effect.

Yeah i know what you mean.. can't find in in Singels & B-Sides but i give it a try to tab them out.

 

I can hear a echo, chorus, reverb effect.
