ugh, mine was a nightmare when i had it that long. it took ages to wash (i have ridiculously thick hair) and it certainly didnt dry straight but at that point in my life i couldnt be arsed to blow-dry it. i just braided it, but it got so knotty...gah. now i freak out when my hair grows beyond shoulder length, which is why i'm cutting it all off tomorrow.

That's why I'm sticking to a shorter length now. It's so much easier to handle and it's not as thick. And it looks better on me than longer hair, too.

I'm having the same debate with myself. It has taken me 2 years for it to grow long and now that it's at the length I had aspired for, I'm bored with it. I don't want to have short hair on my Debutante (equivalent of a prom?) though which is later this year. This is what I have in mind anyway...

It really is!! I mean I'm usually a quiet kind of person who just looks, you know, average, I mean I guess I have a good sense of style but it's totally not like me to do something like this!!
