Whats your favourite animal noise??

Im quite a Moooo fan as well.

And Quackkkk.

They're all good.

Except for Oink from a pig...not so good.

I've really had to laugh hard when reading the topic of your thread.

To be honest I've never asked myself what my favourite animal noise is but if I think about it I'd say that I like the cheep cheep and the cuckoooo.

The croak is okay too (and funny at times).

And the noise that scares the hell out of me is the one that makes the XYZ ewwwww :anxious:

Cool. If I ever get a dog, I want one that looks like a wolf. They're so beautiful.

i can give you the names of breeds of wolfdogs if you want to ;)

(i already did that seek a year ago, because i want one, :nice: my dad had one when i was a kid :nice:)

Huskies and malamutes are more related to wolves, there's some that look very close, I can't remember what they're called off the top of my head but there are some out there :)

And don't get a wolfdog, they're unpredictable :(

I'd love to know some breed names. And yeah, they probably need a lot of structure and training.

my dad had one, it was a good one :)

i think that all dogs have this unpredictable thing... but surelly if i ever get to have a dog will be some spitz one :D

yes malamutes and huskies are related to wolves, many asian dogs are. They are on the Spitz group, that is actual dogs that are more close to Wolves ;)

well two breeds that i remember now are: Czech wolfdog and Saarlos, athough Canaan dog is so similar to wolves too imo

and yes them need a lot of training at first, but it simplifies when you get to let them know that you are the boss and so they see you as that then you have done many advances :)

they respect the boss and will follow you no matter why or where. ;)

there's a small difference in behaviour between malamutes and huskies, huskies aren't territorial, so they will protect the family of their boss if them are attacked, but they don't bark at all, malamutes are territorial and so they bark, and so them can be good watchful dogs. there's a mistake that people make when they buy a husky to protect their houses, and then they get surprised when some thief get home as the dog didn't warned them about, as i've said them are not territorial so will never warn about it. :\

(yes i had spent many hours last year investigating about all this).

list of Spitz dogs.

Edit: I've added some links ;)

Wolfdogs can be good, but you have to be careful where you get them from, some people will sell bodgy ones that can turn at the click of your fingers, and you'd have to learn a lot about them... I'd suggest getting a dogbreed that looks like a wolf.

But malamutes and huskies can be messy  'specially winter coating. It's hell when they moult :laugh3: Fluffy kingdom!

i know all that cobalt ;) my dad got to had a czech wolfdog by accident, and got to educate him properly, may be he just had good luck with it, or may be he really showed him who is the boss, but he never had problems with him ;)

and yes them are so confusing, the only difference is the tail and their head, malamute's tail is always curly. :)
