June 2, 200818 yr hi, just got my tickets to coldplays concert in sthlm this year :D i'm soooo excited. someone here that can share their concert experiences? how long did you stand in line outside the arena? hours, days, weeks? and to make sure that you get good seats, when do you have to be at the arena? :) <3

June 2, 200818 yr i've got a standing ticket, typed wrong.. It varies from venue to venue, but I suggest getting there a few hours before the doors open to be sure.;)

Cos I was at the very front, i had been standing up all day and had piss all water. Of course, this didnt stop me from having a hell of a time and having my mind/ears blown away. But my friend fainted...so yer, water is good.

If you plan o waiting that long, BRING WATER!! and food! well, i had planned on bringing water ;) but what if you need to go to the toilet? :shocked2: you can't leave the line?! eight hours seems pretty rough, but compared to my friend who slept outside the arena eight days, i think that's something i can overcome ;)

She must be completely bonkers!!:stunned: Anyway, once you're in the queue, you'll usually find that people will keep your place for you. You can then do the same for them.;) Otherwise, you'll need to take a bucket with you!!:P

June 2, 200818 yr Yes - four times so far.:D really? cool, lucky you! well, when i saw them in 2005 i arrived at 12pm, then walked around a bit (maybe 2 hours)... got to the 2nd row in the end :) doors opened at 6pm, as far as i remember.
