for ticketmaster refunds... i have plenty of experience in this... yo ahve to lie to them and they will refund you... i've used the excuse that im "visually impaired" or that my son (i don't even have a son) clicked on the submit button accidently

 

also, i wouldn't worry about getting rubbish seats at the presale... they're are so many scalpers that you don't have to pay that much to get good seats. goodluck with regular sales.. i'm trying for boston too.

Reading your story gave me hope!... However, I just spoke to Ticketmaster and they won't refund it whatsoever. I'm so angry about this situation. Did your mom have to talk to someone higher up or something? The kid I dealt with was clearly reading off a script... And was no help at all :(... Anyways, glad to hear you were able to get a refund for your ticket :) I guess I cross my fingers with Ebay now...

 

I just asked her about it, and she got this lady who's name was Nancy. She said she was very nice and helpful and told her basically how ticketmaster worked. But yeah my mom called right away (while i was still in a panic) and we got our money back.

anyways, i wonder if the canadian ticketmaster call center is located in a different place from the us one?? kind of strange. seriously though, call back and if no one will help you, ask for someone higher up because all in all, there's no reason for me getting my money back and you don't, ya know? write me back if you decide to call! =)

but I'd be pretty disappointed if there were actual physical seats on the floor level, even though that's what it looks like right now.

 

Yeah there will most likely be floor seats. There were @ the 2006 show at the UC

Yes, there are seats on the floor at the UC in Chicago.- and there are 6 different sections. The farther back you get, it becomes difficult to see the stage and the closer you are to the mixing boards.

During the presale, I did get section 6, however, since I want see the Band, I did keep trying and actually got section 101, row 10. These are similar to where I sat last time and are pretty good (even though you get a neck pain at the end of the night!).
