Haha that's my favorite part. And the thing is, I HAVE heard of Sigur Ros, the band he mentioned... and he sounded just like them (they're icelandic). :laugh3:

It's not really a wafer, well technically it is, but the wafer itself is chocolate, and it's got chocolatey stuff inbetween it like a wafer and is all coated in chocolate. It's sold as a biscuit in little 13 packs, the normal flavoured ones come in double packs more commonly than the Double Coat. Double Coat has... well, a double coat. I remember they were coming out with ones that had a bit of alcohol in it but it never made a success.
