I've got the chords A / D / G, an acoustic guitar and I want to learn this song.

 

Basically i've got the strumming pattern. D U D DDD DUDU DUDU (repeat)

 

I just need the chord pattern (ie where you change chord in the strum pattern)

 

 

Any help would be great.

 

(Note the chords i got don't sound right, maybe their wrong or maybe im not supposed to hit every string in the chord)
