Anyone able to grab a copy? Don't remember seeing it for sale up here where we have proper football teams :p

I really want to read that interview :wideeyed:

Thanks for the info!!! :nice:

It looks like they're prepared to do just about anything to keep their minds off the relegation battle.

I'm amazed Jonny hasn't disowned them in the circumstances.:P

After all, it isn't very good for the image, is it - a member of the best band in the world associated with the worst team in the Premiership!!:dozey::rolleyes:

WTF?!!

JONNY IS A "SPURS" FAN :stunned: ?!!!

It looks like they're prepared to do just about anything to keep their minds off the relegation battle.

Yup, that's pure exploitation of our Jonny boy

Anyway, I hope the interview is only about Jonny & Coldplay!!!

whats with the spurs hate? kicking us while we're down? get your laughs in now because it wont last long.

jonny is a spurs fan. chris is as well though i dont think hes into football as much as will and jon.

You're quite obviously deluded. Have you seen your team play recently? They're an absolute shambles!!

no Spurs hatred here. just general dislike of southern football teams :p

i have seen them play, every game as a matter of fact. no doubt their play is putrid. but they have quality players and a manager who has been successful in the past. i cant see them being relegated. i think a couple wins in a row will boost the confidence and put us back on track.

you're a gooner or what?

No, but the Gunners have got the formula right.

They don't buy players they can't afford, they have stability and they don't change their manager every five seconds.

Spurs have got what they deserved by never being satisfied with what they've got.

How Martin Jol was treated was a disgrace. Now he's riding high at the top of the Bundesliga and I bet he's beaming from ear to ear!!:smug:

we can afford the players. finances are definitely not our problem. i dont know what you were referring to as being unsatisfied with what we have. care to elaborate?

and yes, martin jol was mis-treated. i hope we dont do the same to ramos.

and lastly, arsenal are a class club. great manager, great players. i hate them but they're miles ahead of us at the moment.

Yes. Most teams would be thrilled to finish fifth in the Premiership two seasons in a row, but not Spurs (and their fans) who think they can mix it with the "big four" when they actually have no hope at all.

It's inevitable. His days are already numbered.;)

For the last 20 years at least, I'd say. And that isn't going to change any time soon, either. Try keeping faith with a manager for ten years or so (like Arsenal or Man U) and there might be an outside chance.

Otherwise Spurs will probably end up like Leeds, who were virtually mismanaged out of existence.

well i dont live in england so i dont have to put up with the fans you refer to. i must say though, that after finishing 5th two years in a row (and a lasagne incident away from 4th one of those years), the natural progression was to shoot for 4th. why be content with 5th best? whats the point in being 5th best at anything? what if coldplay decided theyd just like to be the 5th best band in the world? what if they had no drive to change their sound, to evolve, to improve for the better? theyd sound just like keane or snow patrol and be shit and insignificant.

i wouldnt say ramos' days are numbered. who's to say? the board, as inept as they seem to be, will be mindful of repeating the same mistake only a year later. at least i hope thats the case.

:uhoh:

Because that's the best you can hope for in that league, therefore you should be thankful.;)
