Marky
I'm looking to get a new practice amp. Nothing too fancy. Something like a 15watt. Currently using one of these: http://www.instrumentalley.com/Johnson-JA-P10-10-Watt-Electric-Guitar-Amplifier-p/ja-p10.htm but i want something more versatile (more knobs = more fun ). Went down to my local musical instruments emporium to see what they have in and found 2 in my price range: Line 6 spider III or Fender frontman II Any opinions or options welcome :)
dorffy
Go for a tube-amp if you want good tone. I have a Blackheart Little Giant 5w, and it's perfect for practice.
TheFoxThatBecameGod
BIG NO to Line Six amps. Horrible. Same applies to Marshall MG's. Avoid Solid state amps. Go for a cheap tube amp.
