Okay, I was very bored today and as school starts for me soon, I thought I might make something Coldplay related I can use at school. Since I have no idea what to do with my time planner yet, I decided to do something else.

 

Warning: I tried to make something in the Viva La Vida painting style but failed a bit. :dozey:

Excellent work! My suggestion is that You "complete" the paintings and do not use the space for your name.

 

If You insist to have your name on it, write it in very small letters on the back and/or near the edge.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll definetely try it. But we usually get into trouble when our names aren't written on our exercise books properly which means big enough for teachers to read. :rolleyes: Otherwise the throw them away when they find them and I lend my exercise books very often to class mates who tend to forget them somewhere. :dozey:

But I'm pretty sure I won't lend any of those to anyone. :D

I'm not. ;) But thanks! I really tried to make the Glass Of Water the best one for it's my favourite song from the Viva era.

Thanks. Well, if you are not sure whether this kind of painting style looks good when you do it, just try it on a usual sheet of paper. Then you'll see if it looks fine and if I would definetely paint my binders!

I used acryl paint for my paintings and I was positivly surprised how good those colours look.

I'd love to see your binders once you painted them. :)

I also painted my folder for school a few days ago... On the front I painted a big "VIVA" in red, white and black - just like the usual style you all know. ;) And on the inside of the front cover, I painted the skyline of London and wrote lyrics on it. Maybe I'll take photos of it sooner or later, but it isn't THAT special, really. ;)

I got so bored from yesterday and i found a card board in my home,which is totally empty.I thought why not i work out some Coldplay lyrics with some glitter on it.So i did this.:)

And I don't think the colours are "wrong"... You know, green and red are complementary colours (:smart::hair::lol:) , so I think you made a good choice - they create some kind of tension. :) And you know: Green is always nice anyway. :D
