This world is confusing and I'm trying to find what will happen. However I was thinking what if the American government in the next few years takes a strong stand against oil, from laws limiting drilling to high taxes, what would happen to a stock like USO? I'm thinking putting the money into foreign oil more then American. Maybe DXO and Peter Schiff has great things to say about the Canadian Energy trust but that might be to expensive for me, I'm not sure yet.

Politically that would be a disaster, so I think you'll see the Democrats behave remarkably like Republicans when it comes to oil prices. They talk a big game, but when it comes to action gas prices are the most tangibly-connected factor to a President's approval rating.

BTW, Nick, can you spot me 29 mil? I'll pay you back in a week. Just wire it to my BNP Paribas account, I think you have the number from last time we talked.

The unemployment rate just hit 8.1%, the highest in 25 years. *click click click click* Here we gooooo...!

If you tally it the way it was back in the great depression it would be a little over 18% now...getting close to the 25% of the Great Depression.

Jay I know you don't like Max Keiser but he had a great rant in his tv show today.

Go to 4.37 I think it is and he has a good rant about what has been going on since 1987.
