March 4, 200917 yr I so thought that Run DMC was already in the Rock n Roll hall of fame? oh well...i'm glad to see Jeff Beck & Metallica in there this year. It would be pretty awesome to be at an iduction ceremony. Has anyone actually been to one before?
March 10, 200917 yr nope...never been to the hall of fame but it must be pretty amazing to go & see Metallica & Run get awarded like that... i was reading about this & searched for it on the Fuse site to see if it's true..and yeah it is...they're airing the live ceremony next month & a show about the inductees & why they made it...which is pretty cool..atleast i'll get to see them get inducted. April 1, 200917 yr My cousin told me that flea is inducting Metallica which i don't see why they chose them when there are other true legends out there that they could of used. Run is being inducted by Eminem- now there I could understand why they chose him
April 3, 200917 yr They chose Eminem because he was a ground breaking artist... can't deny that he broke the mold of the "stereotypical" rapper. Definitely was a major player in bring rap/hip hop to the mainstream masses. The RRHOF ceremony tomorrow is going to be sick. Can't wait for it. Heard they're announcing the winner of that rock madness thing tomorrow too. Got my vote in. Hope i get that guitar too!
April 6, 200917 yr It would have been nice to see Run DMC perform but it's understandable i guess.. they weren't performing out of respect for Jam master Jay.
