I think it was official, but only released to the fanclub. And it's very rare, so the price is high.

Yes, it's very expensive (275 pounds as said). But there are only 1000 copies of this exclusive CD for Fan Club.

After missing out on a few on ebay, I finally won an auction for £65 just before X&Y came out in 2005... this felt like a lot at the time! :laugh3:
