Does anyone have the piano chords from Lost? So not the notes, but the chords.

(sorry if this topic already exists, I found the notes for Lost, but I didn't find a topic for chords)

 

I have the beginning, if anyone would like to have them, I'll put them here (don't have my copy with me now).

 

I would very much like to have the piano part where the melody goes up (the part where in Lost+ Jay-Z is singing).

You're not going to get far with just the basic chords.

For the part where Jay-Z starts singing, I think Chris is just playing the guitar solo. Like the notes with its octive.
