Sometimes they play it acoustically without the capo, in which case Jonny's parts are 2 frets lower.

In my opinion the capo version sounds better. In the chorus, pull off your bird finger on the C chord, and use your pinky on the D to make the sounds jonny does while your strumming (listen for timing). Tabs are relative to capo. Sounds good without capo too.

if you hear the acoustic version played by jonny and chris, chris used a different tune in his guitar, more lower, can you tell me what kinda tune he used?

For the acoustic version they play this one tone step down, so Chris doesn't use a capo and jonny play all 2 frets down.
