Well Larry Mullen Jr. and Adam Clayton did a re-working of the original theme from the 1960's tv show, and Briggins was in the studio with them at the time acting as their tea-boy.

What type of tea did they like?

They were all about the green tea.

Adam liked it because of the way that it soothed the smooth muscles of the lungs, which was good for a smoker like himself.

 

And the reason the tea is green is because heat is added which kills the enzymes that carry out the oxidation process which "browns" the tea.
