However legally the site has done nothing wrong, morally it's wrong, but legally if they stated the charges in the terms and conditions when you signed up they have done nothing wrong apart from having a list of links for free software.

i guess i'll just ignore them from now on.

there's a bunch of people who just started ignoring them. and that website is known.

 

plus, all the downloads they offer are free anyway and since there are a whole lot of people who signed up and never paid, it's best to stay clam and ignore them. what are they gonna do? i've read the contracts aren't legal anyway. and msn, open office and skype wouldn't want a third party selling their programmes. in fact, they're the ones who should be sued.

 

also, consumer protection has said to not pay the bills!

 

so those bastards are not going to get any money from me. guess i gotta talk to my parents about it now, though.

 

but thank you so much again. my heart is pumping while i am writing these lines because i am sort of scared. other users claimed there were going to come a few letters from that stupid enterprise. screw them.
