France and Germany, Europe's leading economies, are lobbying for strict limits on executive's compensation. Ohhh, that'll fix everything! Nobody should make more than a certain amount of money. Our lives should be mediocre, unincentivized blobs of grey goop they fed Oliver in that movie. Then we'll go, 'Please sir, can I have some more?' And our government masters will smile and nod.
